It’s finally here!
Well here it is - our promised blog. We made a promise to all our students in our Summer Newsletter that we would add a blog to our Clever Cloggs website - and here it is.
Thanks to all our students who have been asking for this blog - we really hope that you will log on regularly to use it now and will add comments and make it your blog.

Perhaps I could share the following. I your recent newsletter there is talk about the importance of taking regular back ups of your data (outside of the Sage back up routines). I personally find this one really good expecially as I dont have to think about it. I use a cloud back up called Carbonite, it is inexpensive at $54.95 a year – I have used this for a couple of years now but they are now also in the UK. Initially a full back up of your entire C drive takes quite a while depending on how much there is to back up and from then on it is almost continually backing up automatically in almost real time - a file you create at 1 o’clock could be backed up by 3 o’clock so you don’t have to remember to do so. You even get a litle amber dot on the file to tell you it’s awaiting back up and a grgeen dot to tell you it’s done.
If the system has not backed up for a week you get an email telling you.
I do not believe that this works for networks though.

Hello everyone,
Just a quick note,regarding PI insurance.
I have read Melanie’s comment about Riverside Insurance Services(see above)and I gave Julian a call to get a quote.It was the best price I have found on the market.
For £176.00 I have insured the following:
- Professional Indemnity £100,000
- Public Liability £2,000,000
- Products Liability £2,000,000
